Benchmark Booster
Benchmark Booster removes the focus on metcons or "WODs" and gets back to the basics. Strength and cardiovascular output are the limiting factors when it comes to excelling in a hybrid fitness program. Inconsistencies or lack of true strength progressions and cardiovascular intervals can leave athletes on a hamster wheel - not getting stronger or faster.
Benchmark Booster is designed to focus on what really matters! Programmed 5x a week - each session should be able to be completed in an hour session (pending how long you take to warm up, etc).
Week 1 is test in. Weeks 2-11 is where the magic happens and is all centered around your test in numbers. Week 12 is your time to shine with a retest of everything from week 1.
